1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Amaterasu Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms may be updated at any time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
2. Description of Service
Amaterasu Hub is a SaaS platform that allows professional photographers to upload, organize and share photo galleries with their clients via secure, time-limited links. The service includes gallery management, client selection tools, and configurable download permissions.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with third parties. You must provide accurate information when registering. Each account corresponds to one photography studio.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. Plans are available on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed manually via bank transfer. The subscription is activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload. By using our service, you grant Amaterasu Hub a limited license to store and deliver your content solely for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share any content.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the service to upload illegal content, infringe third-party intellectual property rights, attempt to compromise the security of the platform, or resell or sublicense the service without explicit written permission.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
Amaterasu Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
